1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the sh88 platform – including the website at sh88.im, the Android application, or any related service – you ("the User") confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of sh88 without exception, including registered account holders and visitors who browse the platform without an account.

sh88 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the sh88 platform following the publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these terms periodically. 2. Eligibility

Use of sh88 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

3. Account Registration & Security

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on sh88. Creating multiple accounts – whether under your own identity or using false information – is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. sh88 reserves the right to require documentary verification of identity, address, and payment method at any point.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sh88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• sh88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorised access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

sh88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on sh88:

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method legally registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on sh88 – including cricket betting, sportsbook markets, live casino, slots, esports betting, and all other products – are subject to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Accidental bets, misclicks, or incorrect selections cannot be reversed unless a verifiable technical error on sh88's infrastructure is identified.
• sh88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been placed in error, or where the outcome has been determined by means other than fair play.
• Cricket and sportsbook markets may be suspended at any time due to match delays, weather interruptions, or other factors outside sh88's control. Affected bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• Live casino games (including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette) are operated by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Asia Gaming). Results are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. sh88 transmits results as received from the provider and cannot alter game outcomes.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed at the point of wagering. sh88 reserves the right to enforce individual account-level bet limits at its discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

sh88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional benefits to registered users from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms that are published alongside each offer. General principles that apply to all sh88 promotions include:

• Bonuses are awarded at sh88's sole discretion and are not guaranteed to any user.

• Colluding with other users or dealers to fix or predict outcomes in live casino games.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sh88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of sh88 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sh88 and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from gambling activity on sh88, including any financial loss sustained through betting or gaming.
• Interruption or unavailability of the sh88 platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond sh88's reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, sh88 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. In all other cases of account closure initiated by sh88 without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Amendments to These Terms

sh88 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published at sh88.im/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to sh88's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the use of sh88 shall first be referred to sh88's customer support team for informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts specified in sh88's operating licence documentation.
